She received her Deaconess license in 1972 from Mother Leanna Osborne Hale of Los Angeles, California, and her Evangelist license from Mother B.M. Lane of Oklahoma.

Evangelist Rosie Gray is a woman of God, greatly anointed and chosen for these times. She is an ardent prayer warrior, anointed singer, a master teacher of the word of God, and greatly sought after to minister, to preach, and to conduct seminars and classes all over the United States as well as other countries. Evangelist Gray is the mother of one son and three daughters, all of whom are in the ministry. She was married in 1968 to Apostle Lawrence Gray, and recently celebrated 49 years of marriage. Evangelist Gray assisted her husband in establishing the first Church of God in Christ in Hanau, West Germany. In 1978 she co-founded and helped her husband to establish the Victory Temple Church of God in Christ in Seattle, Washington.

She has worked in many areas of the Church of God in Christ; as a writer for Across the Miles –for the Third Generation of the COGlC, as secretary for the Charles H. She served as District Missionary under Superintendent Franklin James and Mother Gertrude Young of Seattle, Washington.

She is the author of two books, A Praying Spirit and Working Within the Church.

With a special call on her life and an anointing to teach and build women into Total Christian Women, she loves the people of God and the women’s work. It is her desire to see souls saved above all else. Known early in her life by many as Mother Gray though young and beautiful, the experience that lies within her life depicts that of a Mother. Mother Gray says there are many bridges to be restored and the people of God must be equipped to do the job. Children must be groomed as never before for ministry and spouses must be encouraged to hold on to the horns of the altar.
